📌 Overview
The Warehouse role now shows info tooltips for each of its four subroles — Basic, Expert, Manager, and Logistics Director — right when you're creating or editing a user. No more guessing what each level actually grants; hover (or tap the info icon) and see exactly what permissions come with it.

🔄 What's Changing
Previously, admins setting up Warehouse users had no in-UI explanation of what separated Basic from Expert from Manager from Logistics Director. Now each subrole has a clear tooltip, and each level is described as "everything below it, plus" — so the permission jump at each tier is obvious.

⚙️ What Each Subrole Includes
🔹 Basic Receiving and shipping only. Can view parts and received/shipped orders — no access to purchase, sales, or repair orders, and no inventory editing.
🔹 Expert (Basic, plus:) • Visibility into POs, SOs, ROs, Managed Repair Orders, Lot Orders, Consignments/EMA, Inventory search, Approved Vendors, Approved Repair Stations, and Companies • Can edit inventory details (serial, condition, tags, certifications, location, dates, part info, DER/PMA, unsellable flag) — even on locked items • Can correct received-order details • Can edit shipment/shipping method, create commercial invoices, packing slips, and certificates of conformance • Can edit sales order details and is the only subrole that can mark "QC paperwork
approved" • Gets alerts for unsellable inventory and missing export-control details
🔹 Manager (Expert, plus:) • Delete inventory records (once fully depreciated) • Unlock/edit shipping details on POs and lot orders • Edit purchase orders they don't own (Expert is limited to their own) • Use the "All Type TR" filter on Shipped Orders • View part quality-tier star ratings • Extra alerts: missing weight/dimensions, commercial invoice attached to an SO, inventory dropping to unsellable/beyond economical repair
🔹 Logistics Director (Manager, plus — lifts most warehouse-only restrictions:) • Full access to Incoming/Outgoing Quotes and RFQ create/edit/delete • Vendor RMAs and Customer RMAs • Edit part records (part numbers, alternates, applications, hazard flags) • Inventory statistics panel • Edit POs, lot orders, and ROs regardless of owner, including RO ship-to details • Place new-company holds on sales orders • Extra alerts: first-time part numbers, international repair evaluations, transfer considerations, export compliance holds, received transfers, missing export codes

👤 Where to Find It
Tooltips appear on both the new user and edit user screens, anywhere the Warehouse role and its subroles are selected.
